Individual and group counselling

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and the individual receiving treatment, aiming to inspire change or to improve one’s quality of life. It is a professional service offered by a qualified expert, and it differs from seeking advice from friends, family, and acquaintances.

Group therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which one or more mental health practitioners offer psychotherapy to a group of people. One of the purposes of group therapy is to bring together people who have had comparable experiences. Groups can serve as a sounding board and a support network. Other members of the group will frequently assist you in developing specific suggestions for changing a tough scenario or life difficulty, as well as keep you accountable along the process.
